In the past 5 years since I bought my car, Richard has gone out of his way to deliver customer service excellence. He's been very helpful in more than one ocassion. Last time I needed help, I called his cell phone, it was 8pm, I had locked myself out and needed a phone number for road assistance. He was off work that day, and out at a basketball game. Without hesitation, he got in touch with Criswell Chevrolet's main number and got me the phone number for Performance First. I was able get assistance with getting my card door opened within the hour. I'm very happy I can count on Richard. More
