He said he knew he could find me what I was looking for. And I'm so glad he was right! Up until then I had been looking at Hondas, Toyotas and Mazdas. There was always something wrong with these vehicles--either the seats were too small, there wasn't enough leg room or head room, the cargo area was too small, the seat was too low, and the list goes on. I figured if I was going to buy a new auto, it was going to be what I wanted. I would have to live with my decision for a long time. Richard understood this. He was never pushy. It was apparent how knowledgeable he was about the Chevrolets I was interested in from the get go, unlike the other sales people at the other dealerships I had been shopping at for the prior 2 months. In the end, Richard sold me a Chevrolet Trax, which was reasonably priced, safe (check out the iihs website rating) and comfortable. This is an awesome car which we continue to marvel at, packed with smart features which come standard. It's as complex and capable a vehicle as you could want, yet wonderfully simple to operate and it drives like a dream. Best of all, we haven't yet used a drop of gas or emitted any noxious fumes since leaving the dealership. We just plug it in when we get home and it's ready to go when we take off next time. Clearly the age of electric vehicles has arrived and the Volt is everything one could hope for... and a lot more. It was time for a newer vehicle and we were at many dealers on the island (7). We pulled into the lot and sat in a vehicle, which was going to be a settlement vehicle. That,s when Terry came up to us and asked us what is was we were looking for. "An Impala" was our answer and he said.." give me a minute there is one in the back lot being clean it just came in" A few minutes later he rounded the corner with a beautiful 2014 Impala. A great test ride and easy bargaining on the trade in and will the car sits in our driveway. The dealership is a beautiful place ,open and friendly, and all the people we dealt with were helpful, friendly and answered all our questions. No pressure and not one negative feeling. Will go back here when it is time to look at another vehicle. Thanks to all. More
