My service agent Olivier Celestin is great! He goes the extra mile to make sure my car is attended to properly and get's me out before the time he promised. He even had my car washed when they return it t extra mile to make sure my car is attended to properly and get's me out before the time he promised. Every time I have my car serviced at Crown Hyundai I request Oliver to take care of my cars needs because I know he will get the job done properly. Crown Hyundai in St. Pete is the only place I would go to have my car serviced. More

Just moved up to my 6th Hyundai - a gorgeous, fully loaded Santa Fe! Chris spent a lot of time trying to figure out where the noise was coming from. He has great communication skills and went above and beyond what I expected in taking my car in for service. I had taken my car into a different Hyundai store where the car was purchased and never met more rude service people in my life. So I decided to come to Crown and the experience was 5 star. Chris Sanborn has now gained a service customer and again -just a wonderful person and employee. Super nice person and wonderful people skills. Whatever he did, the noise has been gone ever since and now I will always bring my car in for service at Crown. Thank you Chris for going above and beyond. I really appreciate you!! Toni D More

I recently had my vehicle in for some routine maintenance and the replacement of a part that had to be ordered and as usual Tomm had me in and out in a little over an hour. He is always patient and takes time to answer all my questions.
