I do not recommend buying a vehicle from Hennessy Lexus of Gwinnett. They (salesman Hussein) sold me a vehicle stating it had a shocks issue ($700), but it was a transmission issue ($5k). They did not take of Gwinnett. They (salesman Hussein) sold me a vehicle stating it had a shocks issue ($700), but it was a transmission issue ($5k). They did not take responsibility for the issue. In fact, the manager, Hugh, just questioned why I would buy a big vehicle if I didn’t have a big family, which is none of his business. He also said after the fact that they discounted the vehicle a lot more in case of a bigger issue, which is very dishonest. Another manager, Rich Mohoney, never got back to me. They do not care about wasting their customer’s time and money. More

My wife and I start shopping for a new car at Hennessy Lexus of Gwinnett on Feb. 05-2024. Leave and Went to another Lexus Dealer but came back to this Hennessy Lexus of Gwinnett because of Joe Ball hospit Lexus of Gwinnett on Feb. 05-2024. Leave and Went to another Lexus Dealer but came back to this Hennessy Lexus of Gwinnett because of Joe Ball hospitality, attention and knowledge, took the time to explain TX 350 feature. Got a chance to meet Tom willing to work with me on the number to make me the new Owner of the TX 350. This is my first foreign car, been driving an American car for 48 years. Colin Barker in the Financial Department takes time to explain the paper work. Mr. Rich Mahoney was taking out of his busy time call to follow up with me about my experience at the Dealership and congrats on my purchase. Gentlemen keep up the good works. More

After going to another Lexus dealership, I ended up at Hennessy Lexus of Gwinnett. I did purchase a 2023 Lexus RX350. It was not all bad (hence 2 stars); however, it was absolutely not an excellent purcha Hennessy Lexus of Gwinnett. I did purchase a 2023 Lexus RX350. It was not all bad (hence 2 stars); however, it was absolutely not an excellent purchasing experience overall. There was poor communication and some less than forthcoming tactics just to get the sell. Among other things, one gripe I have is that I was never told I would receive only one key until the car arrived and I had to ask where my second key was (EVERY new car I’ve purchased has two keys); the salesman claimed another key would be available in a month or two and there would a message in the car advising the key is available?? I was charged for nitrogen but I’m not certain nitrogen was added since there aren’t green valves stems that normally indicate nitrogen. The power trunk kick sensor is not properly working, which I mentioned to the salesman as I reviewed the car when I picked it up, but he blew it off as it being temperamental. Well the issue is still happening and now I need to take the car in, but I’ll probably go to another dealership for service since I don’t trust what they do/say now. It is true this dealership tries to tack on thousands of dollars of add-ons, but you can have them removed. For instance, the finance manager tried to lie and tell me I had to pay for some type of gps/lojack tracking device since it was already installed based on the dealership having theft issues, but my car hadn’t even arrived from manufacturing yet. Lexus doesn’t add that, the dealership does, so I pushed back and had it taken off. As for other add ons, I didn’t get any of that. With ceramic coating and window tint, you can literally go down the street to EZ Auto Spa and have all that done with exceptional service and quality at a lower price. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this dealership. More

Dylan was quick, honest, and efficient. I had been contacting a lot of dealers with requests to see out-the-door pricing and with breakdowns of everything that contributed to that price. Dylan was one of the only ones who didn't try to lure me into a sales gimmick. When I thanked him for not using that kind of sales tactic, he rightly said "That's so old school. I just don't operate that way." And indeed, he didn't. He let me proceed with the sale the way I wanted and at my pace. He was professional, but conducted himself with a disarming, casual nature. I can't say enough good about how Dylan treated me. Not once did he make me feel pressured or rushed. Overall, the dealership itself was a mostly pleasant experience. The people were nice enough and the facility was upscale. The only negative piece of feedback I have to give is that the F&I department seemed to think I was naive. The car I purchased was a gently used hybrid- one that I've been researching and learning about extensively since its release more than three years ago. I'm more than comfortable with my understanding of how the vehicle works and its history of reliability since its release. The F&I employee tried to sell me an extended warranty based on blatant misinformation about the vehicle somehow being prone to electrical problems. He eventually stopped trying to sell me the coverage and, to his credit, found an accident in my purchase agreement where I was charged an extra hundred dollars. He seemed like a nice guy and ended up treating me with integrity where it mattered, but he wasn't above trying to scare me into an extended warranty with mistruths about the vehicle. However, that reflects nothing of Dylan's outstanding performance or the dealership's quality experience. I'm very glad I ended up choosing to purchase from them and would do so again. More
