Rich Johnson has been in the auto industry for over 40 years and with Subaru for over 18. He has been married for 22 years to his beautiful wife Donna. As a Connecticut resident, he knows his Subaru will get him through our tough winters. Also, as an avid dog lover, his favorite Subaru is the Outback because it has lots of room in the back for his dogs! He loves being part of the Brewster Family and his door is always open to customers for any questions, concerns or to share dog pictures. Just don't get him started on his favorites: The Sopranos, The Yankees, his favorite bands Eagles & Steely Dan, Sinatra, old movies...or trains!

Brewster Subaru is an excellent dealership my husband and I return to every 3 years thanks to Kristen Hetzer who is someone you can always depend on. This is our 3rd lease from this dealership, all because o I return to every 3 years thanks to Kristen Hetzer who is someone you can always depend on. This is our 3rd lease from this dealership, all because of the expertise of Kristen, as she has a customer driven focus to make the sale, and also excellent sales and leasing expertise. Plus Kristen knows how to make the buying processes seem easy for the customer so the sale/lease seems simple and enjoyable too. Kudos also to Rich Johnson for his expertise as his back-end financial process knowledge along with his organizational talents and customer relations skills made all back-end financial aspects of this current lease to be coordinated expertly with both Chase and Subaru. We look forward to dealing with Kristen and Rich again in 3 years when we lease our 2028 Subaru. More
