I was uncomfortable and nervous to walk in the doors at the dealership, but they helped me and made me feel comfortable right away. My first new car buying experience was a successful one here at Brewster Subaru because of Anthony and Rich. I came away with a car that I love and I couldn't be happier. The whole process was a lot quicker, easier, and less intimidating than I had pictured. After the details of the vehicle were finalized, the car was obtained quickly from another Subaru dealer and they had it ready for me that same week. When i came to pick up the car, Mr. Rich Johnson went through all the paperwork and logistics and a quick and efficient way that was both informative and understandable. We were introduced to Mitch who made our car-buying experience the best ever. Not only was his expertise good, but his friendly personality and authenticity made us feel we were dealing with a friend, not a car salesman. I shared this with my son, David, and in 2 days, he also purchased a car from Mitch, and had the same positive experience. Thanks, Mitch!! I also wanted to mention Rich, the business mgr. This can be the most painful part of a car purchase, but like Mitch, he was non-intimidating, and friendly. When he dealt with my son, whose credit was not the best, he was assuring to him that things would work, and they did! I never forgot how kind, attentive and fun she made the process of buying a new car. After 5 years and 153,000 miles on the car she sold me, I walked in looking for her again! It was like seeing and old friend. We picked up where we left off and I Bought another new Legacy from her. I left there feeling as though I have a friend in the car business! I think it really says a lot about her and the dealership she works for to be there so long! Robyn Rey Rocks the sales experience This was the second time I purchased a car from Brewster Subaru and with Robyn Rey as the salesperson..Robyn is Awesome. She patiently went thru t This was the second time I purchased a car from Brewster Subaru and with Robyn Rey as the salesperson..Robyn is Awesome. She patiently went thru the process of buying a new car and trading i my old Outback. She made everything so easy and I feel gave me a very good deal on both the trade in and new Forester. Never did I feel pressured. Upon delivery she set up a lot of things for me such as Sirrus radio stations I enjoy and went thru the Navigation process. Robyn was very friendly and put me at ease when I first sat down at her desk and told her I wanted to buy a Forrester. I had very much the same experience 6 yrs ago when I bought the Outback. Robyn goes the extra mile. This was the first car I bought alone in 50 years so I was a bit apprehensive..but Robyn gave me a sense that she had my back. I also have always been satisfied with theur Service Department....courteous and in time service. This is why I gave Robyn Rey 5 stars..she deserves it and if there were 6 stars I would t hesitate to give her that rating More
