They were so wonderful and walked us through everything step by step. You never feel like you are being taken advantage of here, but genuinely feel taken care of. Our girls love it here and the staff were so kind and patient with them as well. They felt like honorary employees :-). We always felt welcome when we walked through the door. Our neighbor highly recommended Brewster Subaru, so we thought we'd give it a try. Upon arrival, we met Fred Fogel and instantly liked his easy going, informative, but no pressure attitude. We liked the cars he showed us, but still wanted to shop around (I hate to miss out on a deal)! Well, 4 car dealerships later, we realized the 2014 Subaru Forestor Fred recommended was our best option. Fred and the Brewster Subaru team made the buying process smooth and seamless. The management team, headed by Rich Johnson, closed the deal and left us with an even greater impression of Brewster Subaru. People who love their job are absolutely magnetic! And for the salesmen Fred, well I felt like I got a friend in the business. He walked me twice thru the process of buying the cars and helping with all the curves and caveats that goes into purchasing a new car. I wasn't a Subaru fan, but I am now due to The Staff and Fred at Brewster Subaru. More
