The only thing they know how to do is keep calling to sale vehicle when I went in to purchase and told them I was purchasing vehicle but the service was poor and unprofessional. They need extensive training on customer service and also on what is needed from employees of gmc who’s family is purchasing a vehicle. Kim in service and parts was professional and followed up and kept her word and kept me informed on parts that were ordered as add on. Would not buy from that location again More

I recently purchased a new 2018 GMC Sierra and my experience was great. The salesperson and the sales manager kept me informed of the process and kept their word on all items as promised. This is the reason I keep going back to Jim Ellis and they are the only dealer I buy vehicles from. They truly treat you like family. More
