Exceptional Service I had the opportunity to meet Ricardo on a potential car purchase. Even though the numbers worked better for my situation at another dealership he sti I had the opportunity to meet Ricardo on a potential car purchase. Even though the numbers worked better for my situation at another dealership he still makes sure i get top quality service when i bring my vehicle in for scheduled maintenence and service. Family Friend I first meet Mr. Hill in February 2017 while looking for my wife a new vehicle. He wasn't your normal sales person but just a guy who sold cars for a I first meet Mr. Hill in February 2017 while looking for my wife a new vehicle. He wasn't your normal sales person but just a guy who sold cars for a living. He listen to our needs and understood my wife's hesitation in making such a large perches. This would be her first brand new car ever. As I helped in her choice I went in and was very lucky to be meet by this man with bright smile and infection joy that just overcomes you. My wife got a new Cherokee and I got the pleasure of encountering a honest salesman who was our go between with the sales managers. Mr. Hill is as real as it gets. More

Very helpful,well knowledge salesmen. I give this car lot 5 stars because i didnt have really good credit and they somehow got me in a brandnew car with reasonable payments. CUSTOMER SERVICE #1!! We went into this dealership because of a recommendation, as we have just moved to Georgia. I knew basically what I wanted, but still needed question We went into this dealership because of a recommendation, as we have just moved to Georgia. I knew basically what I wanted, but still needed questions answered to make the right choice. Ricardo welcomed us to the Dealership, and was really pleasant to talk to. I noticed that he was really paying attention to what I wanted. He gave us details in a heartbeat on anything concerning the vehicles, answering questions completely. My Husband and I agreed, he is probably the best Auto Salesman we have ever worked with. He made us feel relaxed, and informed. His honestly and excellent customer service skills were not something we had experienced at other dealerships in the past. I wish there were more stars to rate our service from Ricardo, he is fantastic to work with. We are very pleased with our purchase, and look forward to making this dealership our #1!! More
