New Purchase I have purchased many cars but this was one of the more pleasant times. Daven Miramontes and John Simikian were extremely helpful in assisting me in finding what I was searching for in a new vehicle. And after the sale they have followed thru with everything the told me they would do. And as my purchase was late on Dec 24th they and Tim Boggs stayed to complete the deal and get me on the road that very evening. Not many would do this. We were the only ones there that night. And I can not say enough about Rhonda. She is extremely friendly and helpful. I would hire her at the drop of a hat as my receptionist. Tri-State Ford is extremely lucky to have her. More

Great Experience! I loved everything about my experience with Tri-State. Jose "Chico" Munoz was great. He had a great sense of humor and was very professional. She made me feel comfortable since we all know that car dealerships can sometimes be a bit intimidating! Tim Boggs made me feel very secure in purchasing my new car. I didn't feel pushed or intimidated. I felt very comfortable in giving Tri-State my business and will recommend them to my family and friends for their future cars! More

Ford Edge Came in just wanting to test drive an Edge and an Explorer to see which one I liked. Robert Sturgis would have let me drive any and all cars on the lot to see which one would work best for me and my family. He was amazing! When I came back after quick lunch he had left for lunch, Micheal Story helped me the rest of the way and was very helpful and did everything he could for me. John Simikian was the manager working with Micheal and he was very friendly and worked with me very well. Paul Willis went over my finance papers with me and was very detailed, sweet man. The entire team made buying this car the easiest purchase I have ever made. It was SUCH a wonderful experience. Rhonda the receptionist was very positive and explained about this survey in great detail. My husband and I bought our vehicle before this one from Tri-State and will defiantly be back! More

Blessing beyond measure! I came in by reference and spoke with Dylan Smith. After a disappointingcredit evaluation I was not approved for the truck I came to see.
