I first met Reynaldo (Dan) Hernandez during my first visit to Red Hoagland a little more than three years ago. I found him to be a polite, very knowledgeable, low pressure sales person, helping me decid visit to Red Hoagland a little more than three years ago. Last week when I arrived at the dealership, I called his cell number, he met me, showed me a few vehicles, we test drove one and I made my decision to purchase within twenty minutes. He looked after everything from my trade in allowance, extended warranty, title transfer, insurance transfer, programing both my phones into the vehicles system, fueling up my vehicle then explaining the different options of my new vehicle. Again, making my vehicle purchase a pleasurable, non pressure experience. Reynaldo is a good man and in my opinion a real asset to Red Hoagland. More

Reynaldo Hernandez was a horrible Salesman. He had very little knowledge of the Product or Inventory. He was not friendly at all. He was more interested in his Phone the a horrible Salesman. I finally asked for another Salesman and was given Bill Raynor who was a very proffessional Salesman. He was very friendly as well as very knowledgeable of the product and inventory. Glen Melvin was also very helpful with hooking me up with the right salesman and making sure that I left the Dealership happy. The reason for the 3 Stars is because what I had to experienced working with Reynaldo Hernandez. You should make sure that your Salesmen are Knowledgeable, Friendly and are more interested in their customer than there Phone. Most people would have probably walked out of your dealership but I gave you another shot by requesting another salesman. More
