I am very impressed with Mr. Pineiro's attention to detail, knowledge, and product information. He is very patient and shows great passion for his job. I did purchase the Corvette, and I am very happy with the follow up and services offered. The finance department worked hand in hand with the sales person. Later he helped get something attended to by the Service Dept with no hesitation. He was always available to me when I called. Nancy helped various times; finding us a salesman (we arrived rather late in the day) and then correcting some papers later on. Even though purchasing a car is a rather long process, they at least made it pleasant. More

Oil Change, 13 Sep 2014 Busy morning and Rene greeted me by name, asked if there was anything else I wanted to add to my appointment. The paperwork magically appeared, I signed it and told Rene I would be in the area and to give me a call when the truck was done. Went and ate breakfast, came back and could see the truck was almost done. By this time Rene was covered up, people everywhere and he was "DEALING"! Greetings of the day, writing service tickets and get vehicles out. All with a smile and a subtle efficiency. I feel really bad that I may have the name of the woman who processed the my bill incorrect, I wrote her name quickly as more people were coming in and I'm not sure I spelled it correctly in my haste to get out of her way, Nancy or Lavey... At any rate, she was working as the cashier and we had a great conversation about or children and their travel in Europe. Really nice lady! More
