I came for a repair - they needed to order a part - I came back, and they said they ordered the wrong part - I was never called to say that the correct part was in, and my email and phone message request came back, and they said they ordered the wrong part - I was never called to say that the correct part was in, and my email and phone message requests for an update were not answered - I made an appointment and through that process, I found that the part was in. My 8 AM appointment ended at about 11. So far, so good. I really like the car but this service experience was awful! More

I reached out to this dealership after hearing the many MANY promises made via the radio and other advertisements. I gave my information and submitted my information. I placed a call to them today, and was told that I needed a CO-SIGNER. I was not prepared for that. I told them up front that I do not have a cosigner. Had I not called them I would not have heard anything. PLEASE dont be fooled by their ("IF GOD CANT GET YOU APPROVED WE CANT GET YOU APPROVED) They are full of it. More
