GREATEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER! Back on 4/3/2014, my wife and I went to trade in our 2013 Elantra for a 2014 Elantra. AutoMax Hyundai-Del City had sent us a letter offering us a gre Back on 4/3/2014, my wife and I went to trade in our 2013 Elantra for a 2014 Elantra. AutoMax Hyundai-Del City had sent us a letter offering us a great deal on a swap. They (AutoMax Hyundai-Del City) lived up to their letter offer. When we arrived, Barbara Burch was immediately there to greet us and she was kind and professional. Barbara took us over to Lillian O'Kouri, our personal salesperson. Lillian O'Kouri was absolutely the best: courteous, very professional, yet sweet and very personable She was not pushy and she listened to our specifics and our situation. She made us feel at home, and very welcome. She was attentive, showed us several options and she went out of her way to get us the best deal possible. Lillian was just terrific! She got us an outstanding deal and hooked us up with an upgraded 2014 Elantra. We were so happy with her, that the next day we returned and bought another car (a new 2013 Santa Fe). (Lillian and Danny Haithcock and Abe Baltrush worked together to get us an outstanding deal on that, too.) Next, we went to James "Abe" Baltrush, who handled the financing arrangements, and he went out of his way help us, too. He searched quickly and got us the best deal on a great rate and made the whole financing situation seemless and painless. He is kind, courteous, professional and has a great sense of humor. The whole team though, at AutoMax Hyundai-Del City, were wonderful to be around. They are truly super people. While Lillian was working on our numbers, the whole AutoMax Hyundai-Del City team was making sure we were comfortable, and they offered us refreshments and made us feel at home. Finally, we talked to the Sales Manager, Danny Haithcock, who hooked us up with free window tinting and some free oil changes. He was polite, personable and professional and you could tell he really wanted us to get a great deal. The whole experience at AutoMax Hyundai-Del City was fantastic. It was the greatest sale experience we had ever encountered. Lillian O'Kouri, Danny Haithcock, Abe Baltrush and Barbara Burch were the very definition of great customer service. I can't stress enough how impressed I was by AutoMax Hyundai-Del City as a whole, and specifically Lillian O'Kouri We will definitely be returning to AutoMax Hyundai-Del City in the future for all our auto needs; and we will tell all of our friends, military or otherwise, that if they want a great deal on a car, you need to go see Lillian O'Kouri at AutoMax Hyundai-Del City in Del City! This was my first time to buy a Hyundai, and it was by far the easiest, fastest, and no hassle purchase. This is our Third vehicle purchased at AutoMax in Del City. We had went in one evening and Reggie was helping us. He tried very hard to find the right Santa Fe for us even trying to get one from Tulsa City. We had went in one evening and Reggie was helping us. He tried very hard to find the right Santa Fe for us even trying to get one from Tulsa brought in so we could look at it. The next day when we went in he had not been able to get the Santa Fe from Tulsa but kept look for one that would work for us and was not Gray. He brought out the red Santa Fe that we had been looking at the night before and told us to take it out for a test drive again and talk about it. When we came back from the test drive Cody started working on getting a price we would all agree on. It has always been a good experience working with AutoMax in Del City everyone is always so friendly and we all ways take it back for them to service it. Scott in the shop has went out of his way to help us in any way he could on the service. I'm sure we will get our next vehicle from them too. More

After doing extensive research on 4 vehicles, I decided that I wanted the Hyundai Veloster. I started searching the web site of dealerships. When I was on the web site for Automax at Del City, OK, a servic that I wanted the Hyundai Veloster. I started searching the web site of dealerships. When I was on the web site for Automax at Del City, OK, a service representative came on, we discussed the interest rate which was advertised at 2.9%. She asked me to complete an application and was told that the financial personal saw no reason for me to not qualify for the 2.9% interest. She then told me to ask for the manager when I arrived at the dealership and he would give me a good deal this was on June 22, 2013. I drove a 100 miles to look at the vehicles that were in stock. Upon arrival I was approached by a salesman and told him I was told to ask for the manager. He took me inside and I never saw the manager. I told him I wanted the Veloster Turbo but not the orange color that were in stock. All of a sudden he’s talking with someone and says that a silver one will be coming in the next day. I asked about one with a sunroof and was told the Turbo didn’t have come with that. I also wanted the back-up camera and was told that I didn’t that it wasn’t helpful. Because the price was $3000.00 more than what was on the lot and $1000.00 less than the one I built online I told him I wanted to think about it. He said what’s to think about and kept after me until I consented to the car. After completing the paper work I asked for the keys to my car back and was told that I would be driving one of their vehicles because they didn’t want any more mileage on mine. I came away from there with the worst experience every at a dealership. I feel like because I was a woman they took advantage of me. I should have been over joyed, this was the first new vehicle I had purchased in 20 years. I received an email requesting me to critique my experience, which I did voicing the same concerns I have in this letter. I never heard anything from the dealership. About 30 days after the purchase I decided to check the web site where the critique was, there was a response from the general manager with his email address and phone number. I emailed him and never heard anything from him. After having the car for 45 days without receiving my title or payment book, I called the dealership to talk with the general manager and he immediately turned me over to the financial personal. I was told by him that everything had been returned (not once did they try to contact me about my address). When the paper work had been completed he had put my physical address and not my P.O. Box. I had told him to begin with that I do not receive mail at my physical address it had to be the P.O. Box. But here is another example of the way I was treated. He gave me the number of the finance company for me to contact and explain this to mix up to. I was 12 days late on my payment and still do not have the title to purchase my tag. (Which will have incurred interest for being delinquent.) I really do love my car and would love it more if it had everything I had wanted to begin with but due to my experience with this dealership this is my first and last time to buy a Hyundai. More

I had the most pleasant experience when I came into AutoMax at Del City on Saturday February 2. This is the third car I have bought from AutoMax, and I'm 100% certain it will not be my last! I can not think of any other dealership I would want to give my business to. As soon as we parked our car we were greeted by Reginal with such a positive attitude, he noticed right away that we had purchased from AutoMax before.
