Called on Friday, spoke to Melissa, told her I would like to take it for a test drive the next day. She had the day off but set it all up with her manager and another sales associate. Drove it. Great experience buying my 1st new vehicle from them. My salesman Reece was great to work with as he explained all the features of my vehicle. Melisa was also a great helping me to get some accessories My salesman Reece was great to work with as he explained all the features of my vehicle. Melisa was also a great helping me to get some accessories for my vehicle. Dane in finance was also great to work with as he explained all my options. The state was having issues with their computers, but Reece and Dane worked through it so I could take my new vehicle home that day. Which I really appreciated. Thank you! More

We recently bought out our lease from Ryan Auto Mall in Buffalo. Reece made the process very easy! I was able to take care of all the necessary loan paperwork virtually.
