Ray is knowledge and easy to communicate with. I told him my budget and we did most the deal over the phone. Everyone was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and patient. First contact was via email with Savannah. She then had John make arrangements for us to come in and test drive a vehicle. When we arrived, patient. First contact was via email with Savannah. She then had John make arrangements for us to come in and test drive a vehicle. When we arrived, John had a customer, so instead of us waiting, he asked Ray to assist with the test drive. We were not 100% sure of the vehicle, so Ray showed us another vehicle on the lot, and explained the differences in models. John was then free to continue helping us. We discussed pricing and looked at the vehicles again, comparing the features, so we could make a decision best for us. Everyone worked together as a team to make the sale go smoothly. Paperwork explained and completed quickly. We are very pleased with our 2019 Subaru Forester purchase. More
