I have purchased three prior vehciles from Reed-Lallier Chevrolet and have delt with Ray Johnson as a salesman and Emanuel Matthews for for the Financing. They both did excellent jobs in their approach to Chevrolet and have delt with Ray Johnson as a salesman and Emanuel Matthews for for the Financing. They both did excellent jobs in their approach to customer service and customer satisfaction. The last vehicle we purhcased was on New Years day for my mother. Ray Johnson and the who staff that we delt with went out of there way to work with us to ensure my mother was comfortable with the vehicle we purchased. A week prior she was involved in a automobile accident which totaled her vehicle and the staff understood our situation and went out of their way to accomidate us to ensure we were able to place my mother in a new vehicle in a timely manner. I definately would recommed Reed-Lallier Chevrolet to anyone purchasing a vehicle and I will definately be a return customer. More

Great Personnel, in a Great Dealership. My wife and Myself have been Loyal Chevy Owners for many many years. We shopped around at many Dealerships Online looking for a Tahoe, or Silverado. Terry Moore, Salesman- Ray Johnson, and Adam Hart(Finance) and Sarah treated us with the Utmost Respect, Very Courteous, took their time to explain everything to us, and answered EVERY question we had. My husband and I had tossed around the idea of buying a new vehicle for the past year or two. Neither of us ever walked away from the dealerships feeling comfortable enough to take the step in purchasing a vehicle. So needless to say when my husband told me Friday that we were going to Reed-Lallier on Saturday, I thought "here we go again". Sensing my apprehension he assured me that he had already met a salesman, "Ray Johnson" that genuinely impressed him during a visit to the dealership with a friend. When we got to the dealership my husband asked for Ray and rather quickly there he was greeting my husband like an old friend and greeting me like a new one. Ray was indeed very friendly, professional yet down to earth and very knowledgeable. My husband and I both felt confident after talking with Ray about our wants, needs and financing that he would help us get the better deal and he DID. We ended up paying less for the vehicle thanks to incentives we hadn't known of, got more than anticipated for a trade in & ended up with a lower APR! WOW!!! Through the whole buying process we saw nothing but smiling faces and had good vibes from both staff and customers. This was BY FAR the BEST EVER vehicle buying experience we've ever had.
