I started an initial text message with Jessica for pricing of in stock vehicles. This led me to work with Dan Lippert who was a very informative, honest, and friendly sales associate. Once all of the paperwork was signed and the keys were mine, Dan took an hour of his time to go over every aspect of my new vehicle. I would definitely recommend you visit Lou Fusz and ask for Dan! Wonderful car buying experience Ray Clancy helped us with the purchase of a used car for my daughter. While this was not her first car, it was her first car loan and a great learni Ray Clancy helped us with the purchase of a used car for my daughter. While this was not her first car, it was her first car loan and a great learning experience too. Ray explained every step along the way and guided us on what needed to be done. He coordinated with his Sales Manager and got everything accomplished. Everyone we dealt with including Ray, from the Sales Managers to the Finance person provided excellent customer service, were very knowledgeable and helped us to get the process completed. There was a minor problem with the car but they bent over backward to get us on the road and get the car repaired. The repair was a minor problem and was fixed by their Ford dealer. We were so happy with their customer service and their skills in selling a vehicle we went to another Lou Fusz Dealership to purchase another car! More
