Someone from Finance, (Scott? ) called 5 or 6 days after my closing and taking the car. He said I needed to come back in because the finance agreement was wrong, and the rate shou ) called 5 or 6 days after my closing and taking the car. He said I needed to come back in because the finance agreement was wrong, and the rate should have been 5.75, rather than the 4.25. xxx? I DID NOT agree, and said to go to arbitration if he had a case. Classic Bait and Switch. I’ve told everyone I know about this. Read the truth in lending act. More
