Bought an Impreza a year ago and Randy was the sales person. Terrific experience from start to finish. Just bought a Forrester from him this week. Once again, he was professional, friendly, efficient, h person. Terrific experience from start to finish. Just bought a Forrester from him this week. Once again, he was professional, friendly, efficient, helpful, and low pressure. Negotiations took all of 10 minutes and I was very happy with the result. I was unable to get to the dealership to pick up the car when it came in, so he and the sales manager brought it to our home and took my trade. Great service! More

He was friendly, polite and customer focused when my wife test drove an Impr We worked with Randy Silver and the experience couldn't have been better. He was friendly, polite and customer focused when my wife test drove an Impreza, and even more so when we returned after driving competitive vehicles to buy the Impreza. Negotiations took all of five minutes; I told him what I wanted to pay and what I wanted for the trade-in, he excused himself and came back five minutes later with a contract with my exact numbers. He made sure the car was detailed and ready by the time we finished in the finance office. My next car will probably be a Forester, and I know who I'll call. More
