I had already narrowed my search for a new vehicle to a Santa Fe or Tucson through the internet. The quote I was given for a trade was generous and helpful, and the estimates for payments for various lengths were exactly what I was seeking. The final figure was actually lower than the estimate, and the purchase process was quick and painless. Having recently moved to St. Augustine, I am very happy to have such a friendly dealer so close to home, and I look forward to a long relationship. More

I submitted online price quote requests on a new Elantra to several dealers. Hyundai of St. Augustine was the ONLY ONE that responded with the quote I requested right out of the box. All the others sent m to several dealers. Hyundai of St. Augustine was the ONLY ONE that responded with the quote I requested right out of the box. All the others sent me what were basically ads inviting me to come in and they'd give me great service and a great price. Well, great service means giving me what I asked for the first time. Hyundai of St. Augustine is the only dealer who did indeed give me great service. Then, when they came thru with a great price according to Truecar.com, that sealed it. Randy and Rosie were friendly, professional, knowledgable and quite helpful. This was without question the easiest and most satisfying car buying experience I've ever had. More

I was in and out. I got a higher trade in value than I was expecting and the 2.9% financing. No pressure, no dealer addon's (rare these days). The finance guy didnt try to tack on any items. Started to look for a new car and wanted to check out the new Sonatas. Stopped in and looked around and left with a brand new car. First new car purchase ever, 80% done over the phone; trade value, down payment, credit approval, and payments, expected some kind of problem when we got there since it had been so smooth. However, the final 20% of the deal was perfect and exactly as promised and included a full tank of gas. I have always heard about problems buying a new car, but this was one of the easiest things I have ever done. This was also my first non-Honda car, in fact I traded both my wife's and my Honda in on a 2011 Sonata SE and could not be happier. Thank you Hyundai of St. Augustine and especially thank you Randy. Everyone we dealt with was professional, friendly, no pressure--you almost feel as though you are in a dream of what the uptopian car purchasing experience is. We also cannot say enough about the product they sell- we purchased a 2011 Sonata SE--an absolutely impressive automobile. We test drove the competition--Honda Accord, Toyota Camry, Nissan Altima, Chevrolet Malibu, Ford Fusion, Mazda 6--and there is no comparison. So if you want the absolute best auto purchasing experience--don't even bother to go to any other dealership--we are telling you, just stop here and we promise you, you won't be sorry. More

We have been going to this dealership for service since they opened (2006?) and have purchased two new vehicles for them, once in August of 2008 and the second in April of 2010. Their service department is absolutely top notch, we usually deal with Kirk but have had occasion to deal with other members of their service department as well. Their technicians provide wonderful service to our vehicles and we are accomodated in all regards when dealing with Kirk. Very satisfied. The sales department is also top notch. Wade and the sales associates we have dealt with are all professional, knowledgable, and sincere. The experiences we have had with this Sales department is very atypical: They actually listen to and respond to our requirements! That alone gives us the ability to make a deal without reservation, knowing that we have received the car we want/need on the terms we need. We all have had some negative experiences with automobile dealerships in one way or another, but Hyundai of St. Augustine is definatley NOT one of those places. We HIGHLY recommend Hyundai of St Augustine to anyone looking to purchase or maintain a vehicle! More
