Very well run and maintained. I was happy with the process. My salesman and staff were kind and knowledgeable. I was upset however to learn that although my truck was certified pre-owned on the websit process. My salesman and staff were kind and knowledgeable. 10/10 would recommend working with the sales representative George, he was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful in the process of getting my new truck. The sales manager Randy was absolu representative George, he was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful in the process of getting my new truck. The sales manager Randy was absolutely terrific and was willing to work with me. Cullan in finance worked proficiently to make sure I got the truck I wanted, they all made it an easy process and I left with a brand new vehicle in just a few short hours. More

Was told 3 different things by 3 different people....Randy said I have time left on bumper to bumper warranty, from what Cullen said not true, Tyler said 6 year 85000 bumper to bumper.warranty people....Randy said I have time left on bumper to bumper warranty, from what Cullen said not true, Tyler said 6 year 85000 bumper to bumper.warranty and throw in the rubberized under coating and undercarriage.(what fool wouldn't take that)..come to find out on day of pickup it was 6 year 85000 mile bumper to bumper for the under coating etc...Its not what he looked me in the eye and said...wasn't very happy...didnt get the treatment I got when I bought my other vehicle there. Everyone was top notch then. Salesman Dan was awesome. More

Hello to who it my concern bought a new truck atDepaula was satisfied. People very nice on the phone when there trying to sell you things. When I had a problem or question was shuffled around on the phone was satisfied. People very nice on the phone when there trying to sell you things. When I had a problem or question was shuffled around on the phone until I hit voice mail then no one.gets back to you . call back again operator tells me they are busy they will call you back doesn’t happen. I made appointment for oil change and to check back wheel locking in 4 wheel drive and noise in same wheel when backing up left truck all day oil change great. Was told first time they didn’t have time. Second visit left truck all day for same thing was told no light came on. Plugs came out of bed liner that I paid you to install waited over a year left truck all day they missed 3 plugs man came out had to show him he was very nice put The 3plugs in said they would never fallout. one fell as he got off of tailgate asked to glue them or silicone them said sorry we don’t have any. You can call me . manager Randy was going to get me trade in info on my truck thinking of getting anew one. He’s a very busy man was going to call me. I never got a call back so I called him operator sent me to voicemail never got a call so I guess I could go one but no one cares. O let me say you send me countless surveys you are very good at surveys. One last thing when I purchased my truck I was told i would receive 100 Dollars to spend on purchases I don’t know my be points when I asked people not sure how to get it. More
