I survived unscathed! I had no problem with having my questions answered by Randy. and I thought he went out of his way, to accomodate me, with a time I could pick up my ca I had no problem with having my questions answered by Randy. and I thought he went out of his way, to accomodate me, with a time I could pick up my car. He didn't rush me through all the bells and whistles-he spent a lot of time going over everything. And I found it rather nice that David didn't try selling me extra coverage that really wouldn't have helped me. It was one of the rare times I didn't feel pressured. Lastly, I couln't help eavesdropping, while having my paperwork done...and even that was entertaining! More

I dealt with Randy as my main sales I leased a RAV4 recently from Torrington Toyota and have nothing but positive things to say about the experience. I dealt with Randy as my main sales contact who was down to earth and provided a low stress / low pressure environment. He took a lot of time pre and post-transaction to explain the details of leasing and the many features / functions of the vehicle. I highly recommend Torrington Toyota over the other Toyota dealers in the state. From my experience, they provide better customer service and better pricing! More

I bought my first new car in 1966 and I've had more than I can count so Ive had a lot of experience with car dealers. This is our second car from this dealership so its obvious we are satisfied customers. From service to parts to sales it doesnt get any better than this. You never feel pushed or pressured to make a decision and their product knowledge is 100%, even on obscure minute details. I like that. We dealt with Randy Klonowski and Danny, the sales Mgr.
