Toyota FJ service First I spoke with Chris H. who runs the Body Shop. He offered advice for my questions very honestly. He has become a good friend as well since we are both fond of FJ's. Then I had my vehicle serviced speaking with Joe B. Just in for an oil change. Very friendly, courteous and thorough. The mechanic found a mouse nest in the cabin filter and blower. Joe explained what would be needed and the cost to make such repairs. I of course opted for repair. While waiting, Torrington Toyota salesman Randy Klonowski stopped to say hello. I have dealt with Randy on two purchases and have always been completely satisfied and enjoyed our conversation. The sales atmosphere is low pressure with a focus on customer service. I drove off with what I wanted not what someone else wanted me to have. This is not the first truck I've purchased from this dealership with Randy K. as my sales representative. As in the past he went out of his way to be certain I was getting the exact truck I wanted. Since I am rather particular the vehicle I wanted was not in stock so Randy located it at another area dealership and brought it into stock at Torrington just for me. Best of all, he didn't make a big deal out of doing this for me! Go try that at other area Toyota dealers and see how you make out. My truck was delivered to me sparkling clean at a time that was convenient to me. At delivery Randy explained all the features of my new truck including the myriad of technical gadgetry. My great thanks to Randy and the rest of the staff at Torrington Toyota. Keep up the good work! More
