Friendly sales staff Randy was very friendly and helpful., showing us several vehicles and explaining the different features of each. We test drove the Fusion S and SE, and decided on the SE. We are very happy with the vehicle and the service we received. I have been to many dealerships in the past and been turned off by high pressure sales people, Randy was the opposite of this, he listened to our wishes and addressed our concerns respectfully and never once did we feel pressured. More

It was what we needed at a time we needed it! Randy continued to search for something for us, after he understood what we were looking for! We were disappointed to find in the end that they only had one key to this car and it ended up costing us $80.00 to get a second key made! I also did not notice that the lights do not come on automatically, as I think all cars should have this feature! More

Ued auto purchase and the way it was handeled with Randy K. Trust. When we agreed on certain aspects of the deal we shook hands and I knew I could trust him to make it happen. New Ford I was greeted when I pulled up by Randy Kleine, and he was excellent to work with. I had done some research ahead of time and so I knew what make/ mod I was greeted when I pulled up by Randy Kleine, and he was excellent to work with. I had done some research ahead of time and so I knew what make/ model I wanted along with which features (4wd). Randy knew exactly where on the lot to lead me,explained the differences between the upgraded models (SE vs. Titanium) He was able to show me all the features, from the folding back seats, to the key-less entry and the amazing dash and all the new features. We also worked with Andy Buchanan for our financing and I believe it was Jesse Whitley that also helped with some of our questions about KY and it's taxes and property taxes on the car for the year. They were very helpful and able to answer our questions. More

Good information and good support I returned to Kings Ford because I had bought my last car there and felt good about the maintenance and service I received. This time around the salesperson provided good information to help me compare and contrast different models and pick one that met me needs. I liked that their tech guy synchronized my phone and the car's audio system through Bluetooth. More
