After talking through my needs we looked over a wide variety of options and after the test drives I knew the direction I was leaning. We visited two other dealers simply for comparison sake and the difference in service was immediately evident. We came back to Universal Hyundai because of the care and attention to detail that Ramces showed us. He even came in on his day off later that week because he wanted to be there with me when I picked up the car. Couldn't be happier with my purchase. More

Speechless I called this dealership after having a deal turned down by another dealership as unworkable. Juan the sales manager told me to come on in that he would work with me. When I got there, he turned me over to Ramces and they successfully worked their magic and I drove away with the very terms the other dealership said was impossible (actually, even a little better). Needless to say, I was impressed and grateful, to say the least. I consider myself a hard line negotiator and presented with all manner of documentation to verify that the deal could assuredly work. They listened to what I had to say and came back with a "we can do it." I remember being in the dealership and seeing a bulletin board with pinned "wow" cards about others' experience. Now, I know that there is a reason they do this. THEY DESERVE IT. WOW!!! Keep up the excellent work. More

Not all Hyundai dealers are equal When I began my search for a Hyundai, it started at Orlando Hyundai. From the moment I stepped out of my car, I felt like I was being stalked and get When I began my search for a Hyundai, it started at Orlando Hyundai. From the moment I stepped out of my car, I felt like I was being stalked and getting ready to be pounced on. When I asked for the internet girl I was working with, she was busy with a customer and handed off to a sales lady that was unpleasant, could not build rapport with me and featured dumped the few items she showed me. When it was time to talk numbers, I told her I am to the point and do not want to play games. The manager came over, did not build rapport with me and gave me numbers that were insane. I got up and left and said that they could do better and when I leave, I won't come back. The manager said that this is the best I could do. Starting my research over, I found Universal Hyundai. I dealt with Camilla who was pleasant and INVITED me to the dealership as compared to ordered to come down. I was greeted by the front desk warmly and friendly and was addressed by Mr. Gulotta. After a short wait, Juan greeted me and INVITED me to a table to talk about my experience at OH and asked me questions on what I was looking for, color, features and trim level. Not once did price come up. Juan excused himself because I knew of a particular car and he went to see if it was available. While he was doing that he introduced me to Ramces. Ramces began talking about anything but the car. He seemed sincere in listening to me vent about OH. He asked me questions about my family, what was important to me in the car regarding features etc. He build a rapport and truly felt as if he was assisting me in making a choice, even though I had already made up my mind. My story goes on and on, but the moral is that Ramces made the sale complete. He was friendly, build a relationship with me and explained the car, the features and the benefit of the features and why it was important to have the feature. He built rapport, did his discovery cleverly and subtle, remembered my hot buttons and present the deal to me professionally. When I rejected his numbers he came back with not a counter offer but asked what my expectations were and did not play games. When I told him what I wanted, he delivered and even delivered on a last minute negotiation without a blink of an eye. Being a sales trainer, this is exactly what I train my staff to do and not to sell but assist and guide the customer to a decision that you help them make. Well done. More
