Overall experience with Premier was good. Ralph our salesman and Parker who helped with our trade were awesome!. We felt they were both honest, fair and took time to work with us to explain Ralph our salesman and Parker who helped with our trade were awesome!. We felt they were both honest, fair and took time to work with us to explain details of the sale/trade. Andi our delivery specialist was top notch! She made sure we understood every feature the car had with a smile on her face! We were extremely excited for our new car and Andi only escalated that excitement for us! Things took a bit of a dive for us in the financing department... With this having been our thrid purchase of a brand new car we were fairly familiar with the process. Rodney made us feel as if we were bothering him by being there... I tried to look past this as a character trait but left feeling very uneasy with our interaction with him. Once the talk of a warranty came up and we declined the strongarm technique he became condescending towards us both insulting our intelligence comparing us to a Dr he worked with that "understood" the warranty as if we did not, along with another comment about when his boss asks why we didnt get it he can only tell them "he can explain it to the customers but can't make them understand it. I in fact understood very well, having made new car and warranty purchasing in the past and was aware of my choice. Nothing was discussed or shown with it came time to signing, papers just thrown at us telling us where to sign. No discussion of interest rates until I asked and a snide comment was made to my husband about Rodney giving him 4.00 to cover the month of a higher interest rate given to us than we thought.. Again, the experience at Premier was overall good. And I would go back if they had another car I was in the market for down the road. But, I would requested a difference finance/business manager. More
