Starting with management, Mitchell Giller reached out to me about my service concerns I have had with my old vehicle. He listened to my concerns and genuinely cared about me and how to remedy the predicament I was facing with my previous car. He introduced me to Ralph and I could not be more impressed with his knowledge, not only about the Mazda, but all the pros and cons for other manufacturers. It's not often that I have felt a car dealership provide transparency during the transaction process, however, Mitchell and Ralph were clear, concise and straight forward with me. This team knows how to turn an unpleasant situation into a phenomenal experience. More

After my deal was finalized and signed they called me back a few days later to pay over $750 due to my salesman not checking my correct payoff price. 100% was that fault of my salesman and the dealer. They wouldn’t budge on the $750 even though I purchased a $37,000 vehicle. The GM called me and admitted his salesman was in the wrong but nothing they could do. Would never do business here or recommend anyone going here. Worst experience I ever had buying a car. Very unprofessional. More

Incompetent sales team I had agreed to pay a set monthly price on my purchased vehicle. My sales rep decided not to call my current Lease company to get my correct payoff. I I had agreed to pay a set monthly price on my purchased vehicle. My sales rep decided not to call my current Lease company to get my correct payoff. I had my new Mazda for a week and then get a call that I owe $800 due to my sales rep not reaching out to my current lease company prior to me signing the contract. Had I know this upfront, I would have negotiated a better deal or not bought the vehicle. I agreed to a price because that is the number I wanted to be at. The sales manager called me back and forth and admitted the wrong doing on his team. It was 100% the fault of Heritage Mazda and their sales team but I still end up paying due to someone else's mishap. I will not be going back to this dealer for any service or maintenance. I will recommend others go else where and not deal with the issues of the incompetent sales team. Awful customer service and experience. More
