From the time I identified a car on line to the time I drove my vehicle from the dealership, the experience was top notch. Michael was extremely knowledgeable and professional through out the process. He drove my vehicle from the dealership, the experience was top notch. we had a great experience at Flemington BMW. We started with Internet Sales Agent Ralph and followed by Tom for a test drive when we were at the dealership. Ralph explained the whole process and make me confident that the deal could happen, once I arrived to Flemington BMW, Ralph put me in Tom's hands and lucky me, Tom was extremely patient and helpful, he worked very hard to make sure the deal was the best possible for both of us. Amazing service!! Once we reached an agreement Tom brought Noha to help me with financing and paperwork, she is very detail oriented and knowledgeable, she made sure I understood all my options and helped choose the best one for me.
