Rick made the whole thing effortless (which is pretty difficult when you're spending so much money); he kept me informed about the search for good financing, was honest about the MSRP and the best price that he could get me, and then was able to get me my dream car in just a few days. An added bonus was getting my picture taken with Santa while I was filling out paperwork! I almost hated to leave; I was having so much fun! I've been told that I won't need a new car for at least 300,000 miles (a fact that I will be testing), but I'll certainly be telling my friends to go and see my new friends at Jim White Toyota! More

The level of attention to detail was less than expected. Vehicle not clean 100%, gas tank 1/2 empty. Tow package units were thought to have the required E-brake cable included in glove box? none found Repair work on rear bumper left bolt/fastener missing. Expect the repair was performed at JW's Was told there may be oil changes, etc. left under OEM warranty, but nothing presented. 1yr/13K miles? Not the worst used car experience, but not the best either. Fair with service after the sale a TBD More
