BUYER BEWARE: Worst car purchase experience I’ve ever had. Purchased a Nissan Titan and here I am a month later and my trade in loan has not been paid off. Only thing positive about this experience is th had. Purchased a Nissan Titan and here I am a month later and my trade in loan has not been paid off. Only thing positive about this experience is that I had an issue with my new truck and they are taking care of it. As for communication there is none. I have called multiple times and no call back. Can’t reach anyone in finance ever. Have visited the dealership about it and they gave me the runaround. When I actually spoke to a manager they stated that this sort of thing happens from time to time here. HOW???? How do you not pay someone’s loan off? How is that good business practice. Lokey needs to do better! They need to do better by their customers. The process needs to be looked at because this had a permanent affect to my credit. Had to pay two car loans to fix this. BEWARE! More

This dealership needs to work on their customer service. Disappointed with my overall experience. It started with the finance department, and ended with a horrible experience after my tint was to be install Disappointed with my overall experience.
