Sales and service I purchased my Jeep Latitude in May and was very pleased with the time spent to explain everything to me as well as RJ Salas answering any questions I I purchased my Jeep Latitude in May and was very pleased with the time spent to explain everything to me as well as RJ Salas answering any questions I had. This was my first new Jeep in 15 years. I had my first service on the vehicle last week and was helped bu Raul Roman. I did not have to wait. I was taken on time for my appointment and the service was fast! I had questions regarding my 15 year old Jeep and Mr Roman was knowledgable and arranged an appointment for me. This dealership has proved much more customer friendly than one I have used previously. Thank your Route 46 Chrysler Jeep Dodge. Great customer relations and service More

Poor service and no courtesy Went to this dealership to lease a vehicle. salesperson was just okay. I returned a call from him and the person who took the message told me that she Went to this dealership to lease a vehicle. salesperson was just okay. I returned a call from him and the person who took the message told me that she "forgot" who to give the message to the following morning. The salesman never got my message and called several days later to follow up. More important was that I wanted to turn my leased vehicle in at this dealership. I had not leased from them but they were nearby my office. THEY REFUSED to allow me to return the leased vehicle. I explained that I was directed to them by the leasing company Ally Financial and that I would be calling them as this was a huge inconvenience and that the car was due to be returned. I was told "we are independently owner" which was their way of saying touch luck buddy. I spoke to the salesperson this morning and told him that I would NEVER visit his dealership again and that I leased a vehicle from another dealership. Terrible Terrible attitude. More

Excellent Customer Service and Staff I ended up purchasing a vehicle from this dealer for two reasons. First, they were fantastic and fair in negotiating price, and second, their custome I ended up purchasing a vehicle from this dealer for two reasons. First, they were fantastic and fair in negotiating price, and second, their customer service was top notch. My brother had purchased a vehicle from them two years ago and the experience was great. I worked with RJ Salas, who is very professional and extremely courteous. He listens to everything you tell him and works with you to make it happen. The managers on site were just as pleasant, all the way to the finance department. All around, they have a professional and courteous team and I would highly recommend them to anyone. More
