Patient and Understanding I worked with Rick Duffman on the purchase of my 2016 Jeep Wrangler while trading in my 2012 Ram. Rick was extremely patient with my family as it took I worked with Rick Duffman on the purchase of my 2016 Jeep Wrangler while trading in my 2012 Ram. Rick was extremely patient with my family as it took a week for us to finally decide to purchase the Jeep. I was hesitant to commit on the purchase however Rick kept in contact with me throughout the process which made our decision much easier. I was grateful for his understanding and his willingness to communicate via email, text and phone which allowed my family to make an informed decision. We drove from Perrysburg to Findlay to purchase the Jeep and we are so happy we made the choice to travel 45 minutes down I-75. We would definitely recommend working with Rick and the rest of the staff at the dealership. My wife and I also appreciated the consideration that the staff gave our 2 younger children as they sat through the credit application, negotiations and completing financial paperwork on the purchase. More
