My wife and I called your dealership to get information on trading in our car and possibly leasing or buying a new one. We spoke with Queen Hall and she was very helpful. As it turned out we were unable to on trading in our car and possibly leasing or buying a new one. We spoke with Queen Hall and she was very helpful. As it turned out we were unable to proceed with this venture due to family issues that came up. However I will definitely come back and get my next car with Queen. She was great and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. More

My salesman, Queen, worked very hard on my behalf. But after more than 7 phone calls, starting at 9:30 this morning, her sales manager decided to sell the car to someone who came in late this afternoon. I was a full price buyer who just wanted to see the carfax and a photo before purchase. I offered to charge the entire purchase price to my charge card immediately and show up with a bank check on Monday. Not good enough. More
