I cannot emphasize how amazing this dealership is!!! No wonder its got BEST OF 7 years in a row. It was my first time ever visiting and when I called the morning to test drive a Honda Civic Touring I was g wonder its got BEST OF 7 years in a row. It was my first time ever visiting and when I called the morning to test drive a Honda Civic Touring I was greeted by a gentleman named PRESTON SEATON!! PRESTON went above and beyond to make me feel like I was the only person in the dealership. Prompt, friendly, honest, and not trying to gain anything but my security in my purchase decision. The paperwork was fast and minimal, I was done in just a couple hours. They even delivered my vehicle to my house!! I WILL go to Preston again to buy my next car. Which will be soon since I have 6 kids and 2 more need cars. HA! More

Recommend asking for Preston if you go. I spent an entire day being fought over in a feeding frenzy of sales people, though I clearly stated in writing and verbally I was working with Presto I spent an entire day being fought over in a feeding frenzy of sales people, though I clearly stated in writing and verbally I was working with Preston! My finance man was great too, but I spent hours and hours there waiting to see the finance guy. It was ridiculous! Car was super detailed and nice but only half a tank of gas??? More

Nothing but problems here. Found a listing for a 2020 honda civic online and made an appointment to come in. Arrived to the dealership and was eventually greeted by my salesman Preston. For the encounter honda civic online and made an appointment to come in. Arrived to the dealership and was eventually greeted by my salesman Preston. For the encounter he was respectful and we came to a deal. Was taken over to the finance office and C. Dwain the Finance manager had put together my deal. He had at this point already drawn up my sales contract and all the paperwork with an Extended warranty, Gap insurance, Maintenance plan, and nitrogen tires, and kahu theft prevention. He did manage to talk me into all the items and i signed the contract and left with my car. A few days later i did some research into the maintenance plan and gap and found that I could get better deals elsewhere so I called and cancelled both gap and the maintenance plan. This was April 28th. Today is July 3rd and all the communication I have received on this is one short phone call and a single sentence email. I've tried calling a few times and at this point it seems they are ducking my calls. Will update as necessary. July 31st - no update, guess they really don't care. I don't have the time to hold on the phone all day and/or keep calling. it's clear they are ducking my calls at this point and still have not applied any money to my balance at finance. again, hard stop - shop anywhere else... did hear back from Tariq, finance director at this dealer, assured me that the check would be sent out to honda finance either today or monday, and that I should have the refund in my account by the 10th of august. August 20th - still no refund in account, tried to call and had to leave a voice mail, seems like they are ducking my calls. August 21st - still nothing - tried to speak to the director or GM again and was told neither of them are in today. at this point I am calling honda corporate. More
