Nothing is impossible I am 40 years old and I could not begin to know how many cars I have bought in my lifetime. I decided to lease an Infiniti 2 years ago. Well that leas I am 40 years old and I could not begin to know how many cars I have bought in my lifetime. I decided to lease an Infiniti 2 years ago. Well that lease came due this week. I was relocated from PA to FL for work last year so that meant several trips back and forth over the last year and a ton of miles racked up on my lease. I resigned myself to the fact that once the lease was up I had no choice but to buy the vehicle. I was 45,000 miles over the lease. Yes you read that right. When I spoke to Preston and Mike and told them I had no choice but to buy the vehicle they would not accept that for an answer. Both went to bat for me and worked as hard as they could to work with me in turning that vehicle in and leasing a new vehicle. When I say they went above and beyond their duty as a professional, that would be an understatement. They set me up with Gerosky as my sales rep and all three of them treated me with such respect and understanding that I will forever be a client of Bonita Springs Infiniti. I drove off the dealership yesterday with a new vehicle and turned in my old lease that was out of warranty and left with a fair payment and more miles on this new lease to ensure that I will not be in the same position again when this lease ends. I can not sing this dealerships praises enough. The owner of this dealership needs to know that these gentlemen he or she employs are the best car professionals I have ever dealt with in my lifetime. I have purchased vehicles from Subaru's up to Range Rovers at various dealerships and not one of those can hold a candle to Bonita Springs Infiniti and their employees that make the experience an absolute delight and ease. Once again thank you. If you are planning on purchasing or leasing a vehicle soon, do yourself a favor and stop by Bonita Sorings Infiniti, I guarantee you will not be disappointed. My last Infiniti dealership was in NJ & owned by a good friend, so needless to say I was treated very well. My experience at Bonita Springs Infiniti was exactly the same. I have owned over 60 cars in my lifetime & have never come across a dealership that is so friendly & makes you feel like its your home away from home. More

I decided to buy my first Infinity and started by researching dealerships within a 300 mile range. I visited a couple of lots and they were "fine" and I also communicated with several other dealerships via the internet and phone. None of the dealerships blew me away. Well that was until I met Mike Robbins from Bonita Springs Infinity. Mike was Fantastic! He went out of his way to answer my questions, to get me the best price for my trade and make sure that the QX70 was the right fit for me. The employees truly work as a TEAM at Bonita Springs Infinity. With the help of Preston and Michael in the finance department I am loving my 2015 QX70! Quite honestly, this was one of the best car-buying experiences I've ever had. Preston and John were outstanding to deal with. We were not sure which model worked best for our family, so they let us experiences I've ever had. Preston and John were outstanding to deal with. We were not sure which model worked best for our family, so they let us test drive one model for 3 days before making our decision. They offered us a great deal on our trade, and also on the car we were buying. There was no "haggling" needed as they really made a very fair offer right from the start. This sales team is really building a great reputation for themselves. They're working extremely hard to make sure every customer that walks in the door has a great experience, and they're doing a great job at it. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and would gladly purchase another vehicle from them! More

We dealt with several Infiniti dealerships on the west coast of Florida. One just wanted us to buy one of their vehicles off their lot, even though they did not have the vehicle we were looking for. They told us that "they could not find the vehicle we wanted, and that Infiniti does not make many of them". We left that dealership and found the vehicle we were looking for online in South Florida. The dealership we were working with did not want to do the work to get that vehicle, so they never called back. We called another dealership in south Florida, the sales person had a "nasty attitude", like he was OUR customer. We then called Preston at Bonita Springs. We told him what vehicle we wanted, he said "no problem, I'll get the vehicle for you". Vehicle came in when he said it would, we traveled 200 miles to pick it up. The drive was well worth it. We got the vehicle we wanted without settling, and Preston was just nice and professional to work with, as were the other associates we had contact with. We are very pleased, Thank you Preston! More
