Never do business with them I received a phone call after 9 pm from a blocked number from this dealership wanting to talk to me about selling me a car. This is the second night I received a phone call after 9 pm from a blocked number from this dealership wanting to talk to me about selling me a car. This is the second night in a row they have called me this late. What kind of company calls people this late, the answer is a company that doesn't care about their customers. I will never buy a car from this dealership or recommend it to anyone I know. More

best car buying experience I've had From the time I met Preston , until we drove off with the car I felt comfortable and never felt rushed stressed or uncomfortable . Financer is shady The salesman who assisted me was great very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. All the problems started in the finance office. During negot The salesman who assisted me was great very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. All the problems started in the finance office. During negotiation with the salesmen some prices were agreed upon and then once we went to sign the contract none of the prices we had previously mentioned were anywhere to be found. Then they said that to agree to the banks terms they included GAP insurance and an extended service plan which I said we didn't want. They said we had to because that's how they agree to the banks terms. Well upon further inspection it says on the contract no bank or lending institution requires these. So basically I returned shortly after to sort things out and get them to take them back off seeing as how they lied to me and said they had to include them to agree to the banks terms. Having no luck with the finance manager James Galuzka, i got the general manager Jim Galuzka involved (this is when I realized how they were doing things) Jim was very rude and unhelpful saying "I guess we'll see you in arbitration" and literally slammed the finance managers door in my face. I didn't eventually resolve the issue but not until staying there after they were closed and it was basically their last effort to go home that day. Overall the salesman Preston Britt, awesome guy!!! Everyone else there I can't say the same for unfortunately. More

Expedient and excellent customer service I had no idea what type of car I wanted or needed I just knew that I could not experience another malfunction with my previous car. Preston made my first car purchase experience easy I told him what type of vehicle I may like and the amount of my down payment. After a few signatures I was choosing the color Soul that I was going to be driving home less than an hour later. More
