I only give it five stars because of your service advisor MACK.I bought my forte 2017 and 2016 brand new I have never had it taken anywhere but Greenway Kia. MACK is very compassionate, loyal, great sense of MACK.I bought my forte 2017 and 2016 brand new I have never had it taken anywhere but Greenway Kia. MACK is very compassionate, loyal, great sense of humor I would never have anybody looking at my car except him. I have left the dealership because he wasn’t there. I’m very disappointed and trying to communicate from my home and call the dealership. I’ve tried three different times using three different extensions at Greenway Kia. All of them just rang and rang no voicemail no answer no nothing as it was as if no one worked there, I was trying to get a hold of the general manager, but there was nobody to talk to MACK is the only person that I could speak with, but I had to do that by coming to the dealership . I have several more non-flattering things to say about the dealership, but I will always continue to come to the dealer because of your service advisor. I have had several of the largest dealers in the country available to me through an insurance company that I worked, for I have seen and dealt with many service advisors, none as capable or as qualified as MACK More
