The dealership sucks. It took them a month to get our financing straightend out because they are incompetent and really gave us a hard time. We had to do all the leg work to prove to them that they screwed up and even when it sunk in their heads that they had been idiotic the still treated us like we didn't know what we were talking about and they only got it fixed because we stayed on top of them and forced them to get it done. We really wish we had not chosen your dealership and now us and our family, friends, and anyone else who will listen will not be using your dealership. Because you wanted to make a bunch of money off of us and you jerked us around you have lost out on any repeat business from us and from anyone else that we talk to. Not only were you completely unprofessional but you took me and my wife for all you could get out of us (that's my fault, I bought because I liked and trusted Anthony). We feel completely taken advantage of and I am embarrassed that I signed on to such a shifty deal. Lesson learned I guess More

Totally inept from the negotiation morons to the financial idiot did not get car i wanted because another buyer had more cash didn't have any paperwork including registration no keys than only 1 no financial idiot did not get car i wanted because another buyer had more cash didn't have any paperwork including registration no keys than only 1 no spare tire tried to convince me wasn't double dipping on deductions on my trade. I have bought 42 cars this was totally the worst experience and highest interest rate I have ever endured in a vehicle purchases!!!!! More

I never cared for car salesmen or the process and this being an out of state transaction gave me serious anxiety. But Pat and the guys here made this extremely comfortable. My wife will be purchasing her being an out of state transaction gave me serious anxiety. But Pat and the guys here made this extremely comfortable. My wife will be purchasing her Rubicon here and regardless where I live. THIS IS THE ONLY DEALERSHIP THAT WILL GET MY MONEY. They made sure I was picked up from the airport and serviced with personal care. xxxx you would’ve thought I was buying a Bentley. Thanks guys More

Really bad experience Paul and Roco weren’t professional or honest I agreed to one price they didn’t give me any documents or USB even though I asked when I received my first bill the loan amount was about or honest I agreed to one price they didn’t give me any documents or USB even though I asked when I received my first bill the loan amount was about $7k more than what I agreed and discussed with them, the console was broken and the car only had one key and they didn’t even tell me. Paul kept talking about how he was the best salesman and how he had wonderful reviews I wasn’t even going to do the survey because my experience wasn’t pleasant but when I saw the bill and realized what they’ve done I had to say something. Hopefully it doesn’t happen to anyone else. More

Sales agent was very pleasant and responsive. I appreciated his professionalism and thoroughness as well. My challenges were with the finance team member. Documents were had incorrect information I appreciated his professionalism and thoroughness as well. My challenges were with the finance team member. Documents were had incorrect information which resulted in the need to complete some of them twice.. To date, I have yet to receive follow-up related to my purchase. No copy of the signed finance paperwork or warranty. Additionally, I was to be reimbursed for the overnight cost of sending the paperwork back to the dealership. As an out state buyer, communication is imperative. I am extremely disappointed and thus would not recommend this dealership to someone in my like situation. So sorry this is the case considering the exceptional service I received from the sales agent. More
