Do what you need to do to keep him- He’s a diamond! A truly professional, knowledgeable, personable, honest employee, difficult to find these days. HE IS WHAT SETS YOU APART FROM THE OTHER DEALERSHIPS! We bought the pkg to coat the new SUV inside and out for more than a few dollars, and also for window tinting. We took it back to the Dealership for what was supposed to be a full day, maybe overnight. Two full days later, it wasn’t finished and we were unable to get Mason to return our call or text. We had to return it to the Dealership a third day for the better part of a morning. Once again, Jerome handled it all. Mason should take note of Jerome’s dedication.
