Excellent Car Buying Experience I've been buying cars since the 70's. Acura of Wappingers was one of the best car buying experiences that I have ever had. There was no hard sell o I've been buying cars since the 70's. Acura of Wappingers was one of the best car buying experiences that I have ever had. There was no hard sell or game playing. The salesman we dealt with, Jason Fogelquist, listened to what we were looking for and worked with us to make what we were looking for happen! There was none of the typical, going in the back room to talk with the manager for 20 minutes and then coming back with some poppycock deal. Jason was empowered to make a fair deal on his own and the manager, Philip was there to verify the details. Within a few minutes we had worked out a deal. It just felt so simple and easy. Once we had made the deal, Jason, Philip, Kevin (the finance guy), and the rest of the staff took care of all of the details of turning in our previously leased vehicle and preparing our new SUV. We showed up on our designated day and time, signed the papers, and left with our new car. Again, simple and easy. I would strongly recommend this dealership and I'm looking forward to working with them again in the future. More

I worked closely with Brian Demersky through the entire process. Negotiating a fair deal was effortless and stress free. Upon arrival at the dealership to pick up new 2020 MDX, we were greeted with hospitality and treated with professionalism. The focus of the management team is to keep the customer happy. A long term relationship is the goal. I’m very happy with our purchase. Brian took the time to walk me through the vehicle’s many features and wouldn’t let me leave until he knew I was completely satisfied. The car buying experience can be stressful; it’s one of the largest purchases you’ll ever make. Brian is awesome! I recently leased a 2019 RDX and Brian Demersky was professional, knowledgeable and very client focused. While the sale is important, it is much more important to execute a positive client experience and at times it can be a delicate balance. Brian rocked it as if it were part of his DNA! The new team at Acura (I am a repeat customer) was very professional and accommodating overall. Brian took the time to take me through all of the components of my new vehicle until I felt comfortable. I have to say this dealership has transformed into a stellar class of sales folks. I can not say enough about the treatment from Phil Giorgio (sales manager) We recently leased an RDX and Acura of Wappingers has a customer for life. I can not say enough about the treatment from Phil Giorgio (sales manager) and Christina Vanvliet (sales consultant) working with us, as well as the finance manager Kevin Smith. My deal with them was only hindered by the incompetency of Ingersoll of Danbury while we trying to get a bigger car for myself. During this time the team at Acura of Wappingers checked in and during the delay were still working with us on trying to better or deal. The professionalism and courtesy in the staff at Acura of Wappingers was very appreciated. I even commented to my wife that the physical building was being currently being updated and the was a temporary cramped spaces but the staff made you not even notice it. On the other hand the dealership that I was dealing with which had an upgraded showroom where talking out of both sides of their mouth and our experience was horrible. I highly recommend Acura of Wappingers to all and everyone I talk to who has been there also have the same rave reviews of the dealership. More

They advertise used cars they don't have on their lot Their website said they had 6 used SUVs I was looking for. They only had 2 on-site and one was sold. The remaining SUV was not detailed, cleaned or prepared for sale. It looked like a family of raccoons lived in it for 40k miles. Granted, this SUV was a previous rental, but I have purchased rentals before, this one was TRASHED. The other 4 SUVS were "arriving any day". Fast-forward one week...other 4 SUVs still not on-site. No one knows where they are. If I were missing $150k of inventory, I'd be a bit concerned, especially if a customer is WANTING TO BUY ONE! They did, to their credit, offer me exactly what I wanted for my trade, although it was a fruitless venture as I do not believe I will be buying as THEY DO NOT HAVE THE CARS STATED ON THEIR OWN WEBSITE! More
