Phil Santiago really does offer great customer service by going way above the call to duty. He calls to make sure we are totally satisfied with our purchases. We in turn, refer our family members to him to buy their vehicles. Phil is a bright star in the world of cut throat sales tactics. He brings back the old way of doing business, which is a very rare thing to see in todays business world. When he sees you, he asks, "how are you," and reaches out to shake your hand. But the difference with him is that he really does care how you are doing and feeling. I never though I would ever meet a salesman like him. We will continue to buy our Jeeps from Scranton Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep due to his great customer service. More

Terrible service I want to start by saying we just bought our Dodge Journey and the salesman was great. However the car went back in a week later to have some things I want to start by saying we just bought our Dodge Journey and the salesman was great. However the car went back in a week later to have some things fixed and when we got the car back not all of the promised items were fixed for instance they promised to fix the bumper. I have it in writing. They had the car for a week and it did not get fixed. While they had my car they were also doing the inside stain guard for the warranty we purchased and my car came back to me with my personal belongings all gone. Including my work badge which I will have to pay to replace. We have called several times about this and are getting told that nobody knows what happened and they will call us back. No one is calling us back. I'm so disgusted with the way they handle things. I would not recommend this dealership. More
