Philip, I'm sorry you feel so negative towards us. The original vehicle you bought from us was sold "As Is" and you did a complete walk around on this vehicle, and viewed all this issues we were aware of. You were happy with the purchase and the truck that day. Two weeks later you came here with a report showing issues that you saw here, plus a new issue neither one of us were aware of. Vehicle was looked at prior to you purchasing but where the issue was located, no one could see it. For that, I apologize. Instead of keeping you in an "As is" and letting you be unhappy, we told you to come back and we would trade you out of that vehicle. To our surprise, you picked a Tesla. Your main goal was a truck with a hitch, so you can understand our surprise when you went for the Tesla. Yes, you had to resign paperwork since you were buying a different vehicle and the person who signed you up with the new paperwork is new to the finance department. Mistakes happen and it wasn't done intentional. Our finance manager contacted you to ask if you could sign a missing page and told you he would meet you anywhere you needed so it wouldn't be an inconvenience to. You told him to meet you at your job at 7:30pm. At 6 something, before 7pm, you reached out to my finance manager stating you wouldn't sign anything and used some choice words. Manager explained that you bought an "As is" vehicle the first time but we still worked with you. We are, in no way, out to harm you or hurt you with a purchase. Our goal is to make our customers happy even when they have an issue. We do our best to make things right, and trading you out was the right thing for all of us. I'm sorry for whatever the issue is now that you feel so outraged to dig your heels in and give my finance manager a hard time. I wish you the best, and again, I am sorry you are so unhappy.
