Terrific car buying experience Went into the dealership with not the most ideal situation, and unsure of whether or not I’d be able to get the car I wanted, or any car at all. I was Went into the dealership with not the most ideal situation, and unsure of whether or not I’d be able to get the car I wanted, or any car at all. I wasn’t even sure I wanted a Buick. Phil took me for a test drive and spent as much time as necessary to make it work for me. He was patient and personable. He didn’t pressure me to make a decision that day or before I walked out the door, and there was no nonsense with the “I have to go speak to the finance manger,” act. At the end of the day, Phil was able to get me into the exact car I wanted, at the price I needed, and without ant of the stress and anxiety some car salespeople place on their clients. I will most definitely be back! More
