Phil was amazing! Communication was very good! All staff members were very friendly & the dealings were transparent. I made a couple reasonable requests when purchasing the vehicle and they were met with o members were very friendly & the dealings were transparent. I made a couple reasonable requests when purchasing the vehicle and they were met with out any push back. My past experience at other dealerships (ford and other brands) has left me dreading the car buying process, that was not this experience. If i didn't have to wait to get in the business office I would have been in & out in under 45 minutes! Very streamlined & easy, i couldn't be happier! More

Phil Pettus one of the best car salesman I've ever dealt with. No typical high pressure sales pitch. Just honest, knowledgeable information about the car and dealership. I usually had a rule to never take my vehicle to a dealer for non warranty work. Kelly Ford changed that. Especially when they employ service advisors like Derek. It all started with a super walk around presentation and was followed by best in class scheduling, assistance knowledge and patience. The other dealerships looked like rookies compared to Kelly. Sloppy communication and really did not have a good online process. They lost a sale! I am recommending Phil to all Family and associates. Thanks Phil!!! More
