I'm Married with five children, ten grandchildren, I live in the Gahanna area. I've been selling Toyotas for twenty years. I spent another twenty years as a Restaurant General Manager for Wendys and then Cracker Barrell. My hobbies are boating. hiking, my Brittany Spaniel, landscaping, and my Grand Children. Professionally, the thing I'm most proud of is the thousands of customers who have purchased two, three, even five cars from me. I love Toyota and I love my Customers.

We were greeted with smiles on a crappy rainy day, things just got better from then on. Bic was our salesperson, he went over the top!! So helpful and informative. Needless to say we purchased our first Tacoma. He was there with us for hours ...and wanted to be. This company has The Best customer service by far! More

15,000 maintenance I did not have an appointment, I went in they said might be 2 hours it only took around 1 hour they asked if I wanted my car washed.
