Terrible experience with the service department I made an appointment with the service department to drop my vehicle off for warranty work they were supposed to have a car for me so I can leave my c I made an appointment with the service department to drop my vehicle off for warranty work they were supposed to have a car for me so I can leave my car overnight they did not I left work work early to do this I informed him of that and call the head to make sure the car would be there they said there was nothing to do they could do to come back tomorrow maybe they can get me a car then very lackluster poor service definitely wish I didn't buy my car from them More

Even when we got cold feet about purchasing a car altogether, Mark and company were supportive and gave us the time we needed rather than the hard sell and that was much appreciated. This will be our first stop for any future purchases we will definitely refer all friends and family. More

Quality Subura, Small is good. I drove home a 2016 5 door Impreza Sport today and Quality Subura made it a stress free experience. The salessmsn, Ralph was totally knowledgeable and made the deal happen without any pressure. I like the smallness of Quality because I felt respected and valued as a person. Every question I had Ralph asswered. I had researched invoice prices on the vehicle I wanted and Ralph gave a price 300 dollatez under the invoice. So I drove it home tonight. More
