Best Sales Experience I've Ever Had This was the best sales experience I've ever had at a car dealership. I normally dread having to go into a dealership because I know that it will be a This was the best sales experience I've ever had at a car dealership. I normally dread having to go into a dealership because I know that it will be an all-day affair while I wait for the sales person to play middle-man with the sales manager as we negotiate a price. After that, I usually expect another couple hour wait while I work with financing. Not to mention the countless times that the car I'm looking for is not on the lot, even after calling ahead to ensure that it's there. This time, I called ahead and spoke to Peter about the vehicle I had found on cars.com. He assured me that it was there and he brought it around to the front so that it was waiting for me when I arrived for a test drive. The Luther no-haggle pricing made the sales process rather fast so I was off to financing. From the moment we agreed on the sale, I was out the door with my chosen vehicle in less than 90 minutes. Thank to Peter Yang and Matt Kritzeck, for the first time ever I will be referring a car dealership to friends and family. Thank you Luther White Bear Acura Subaru for showing that the car buying experience doesn't have to be a frustrating one! More

Great customer service- by Peter Yang on 7/14/17 I came in looking for a used Subaru Outback wagon and left with an used Volvo XC60 . Peter was very welcoming and knows his vehicles. I really appreci I came in looking for a used Subaru Outback wagon and left with an used Volvo XC60 . Peter was very welcoming and knows his vehicles. I really appreciated his kindness and non pushy demenor. With my waiting for a minor repair to be done he was king enough to order a jimmy John's sandwich as well as buff out some scratches on the car after the dealership was closed. Competitive Pricing and Luxurious Experience I bought an almost-new (2,600 mi.) SUV from White Bear over the phone and the experience was phenomenal. Pricing was better than what my local dealer I bought an almost-new (2,600 mi.) SUV from White Bear over the phone and the experience was phenomenal. Pricing was better than what my local dealers wanted for the same vehicle with more miles. Sales and finance team members were easy to deal with, didn't play games and treated me with respect. It gets better though. The dealership FedExed the paperwork to me with a prepaid return label (very convenient!) When I flew to Minneapolis to get the SUV, my flight was delayed and I assumed I would need to call the dealership to ask them to send someone to pick me up. Nope, the porter was waiting for me in a brand new RDX, with the seat heaters turned on and everything warmed up. When I got to White Bear, I got a cup of coffee, was handed the keys and was on my way. These guys are straight-shooters and it was a great experience all around. I'm very happy with everything. More
