I finally bought the car I've been wanting for more than a year now! The whole process with Central Hyundai Plainfield was extremely easy, even though I bought it from out of state. HUGE shoutout to Marcy Vitagliano for being the most amazing salesperson I have ever dealt with. She was professional, patient, and helpful, even answering my texts on her day off. She sent me pics and videos of my car, and she even helped me set up the MyHyundai app from 1,700 miles away! Tyler the sales manager was very friendly, and Peter the finance manager guided me through the loan process. At no point did I feel pressured into buying unnecessary add-ons. Loved the whole experience and I highly recommend them!! More

Today, Chris provided us with excellent customer service. I am a very satisfied returning customer as I bought my Hyundai with him last year and wanted my son to have the same great buying experience. We had a few hiccups that Chris worked through with grace and professionalism. He’s a wonderful conversationalist while you wait for the bank’s approval. My son drove off in a brand new Hyundai Elantra SEL and is thrilled he was able to get out of a high mileage vehicle with no warranty and be able to take advantage of the best vehicle warranty out there. I myself use this dealership for sales as well as service and always stop to say hello to Chris because he’s just a genuinely happy human being. Thank you so much Chris for laying it all out there and working through everything we encountered. I will never do business anywhere else. Go see Chris, you will never be disappointed! To my surprise my husband called about half hour or so later to say he had reached a deal with Ray for the truck. He actually came to pick me up to do the paperwork in the truck. Ray has a great personality and a great sense of humor. Was a very good experience. More
