As I am not the easiest person to please, the sales department and service department always made things right which might have been in question, something that I cannot say about my experiences with other auto dealerships in San Antonio. I have purchased 6 Kias (all trouble free) from Ancira and if I find myself looking for another vehicle in the future, it will be at Ancira without the desire to look elsewhere. More
